This house is great… location, cleanliness, communication, fully stocked… even the towels and beds were luxurious! I don’t have a bad thing to stay. We went for a mom’s weekend and had a great time but the house comes with PLENTY of amenities for kids and would be great for a family vacation as well! We will certainly be back. Thank you!

We had a great stay at the home. It was just as you see in the pictures and descriptions. The home was clean and well maintained. We had plenty of room for our group of 8 adults. The beach was. 3 minute walk and during our April visit it was very quiet on that stretch of beach. We will be back.

I’ve stayed many places over the years. This place is probably the best experience I ever had. The hosts provided every possible convenience and item you would ever need. The televisions, Wi-Fi connections, plug- ins for electronic devices and more were all accounted for. It’s like they planned for everything a family could need. 

The house was gorgeous and just steps away from the pool. The beach itself was flat and the dropoff was very gradual and user friendly. The hosts provided all of the beach chairs, beach bags and water toys. Each floor has a balcony and the bedrooms were well apportioned. The crib, high chair and pack in play were nice touches when traveling with babies and toddlers. It was just like staying at home. I give this place my highest recommendation.

The house has all the beach equipment you can hope for - beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, wagon and toys. No need to bring anything. Great location right across the street from the beach. Everyone commented that this is the best house we have stayed in and we have been traveling together for a few years now. Great communication with the host - quick to answer any questions we had. Only negative we experienced is there was a lot of seaweed the week we stayed there. Of course, that can’t be helped sometimes.

We stayed here for our annual friends trip. It was an amazing house that accommodated all the different couples. Highly recommend!

My family had the most beautiful beach trip while staying at this property. It was my husband and myself, my in-laws, and our three children (3 and under). The home was perfect for us. There was plenty of space, very clean, and perfectly stocked. We did not have to lug all the baby equipment, as they already had what we needed. The home had gorgeous views and was a very short walk to the beach. We hope to return next year!

This house is set up perfectly for all age groups, from infants to middle age folks. We’ll definitely consider this house and location for future vacations.

This house was lovely, updated and had room for everyone. The 3 king bedrooms allowed for plenty of adult space and the double queen room and bunk room were perfect for the kids in our group. All rooms had new and working smart TVs, multiple outlets and usb plugs and were laid out allowing for plenty of space to move around and store all your belongings. All the beds were super comfortable too! The kitchen was well stocked and easily manageable for our group. Having the laundry on the bottom floor was nice and quiet. It was so nice to have access to all the beach chairs, wagons and pool towels provided. 

The location on 30A was perfect. Quick drive to Dune Allen area and on the other side an easy bike ride to Alys and Rosemary. The only downside to the location is toting all your gear down to the beach. It’s a short walk but going up and down the stairs to the beach is taxing with small children and all their things. 

Overall a wonderful family destination!

We had a great week! the house was perfect for our large family. We couldn’t get in the water because of double red flags on the beach so we all enjoyed the pool. Everyone should be happy with this place.

House is in a good location, only a short walk to the beach. Worked great for our kids, especially since beach chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon were available for getting to and from the beach. Highly recommend this spot!

The house was the perfect amount of space for our big family. It was super kid/family friendly. Well thought out as far as what babies/toddler might need.

Our stay at "Between Rosemary and the Hub" property, was easy and enjoyable. Checking in and out was a well-laid out process. We had no issues with anything in the home, which made our stay worry free. We love 30A, and this is a lovely home to stay at!

This place is amazing. Everything you need - quiet, peaceful, convenient, very clean, stocked, beautiful, and most of all just amazing. Beach not crowded. Literally the most relaxing place I’ve been in a while. This is a hidden gem. I selfishly want to stay there all summer next year! You will not be disappointed!

We has an awesome time. The house was wonderful and had everything you could ask for. A short walk to the beach. The beds were extremely comfortable and TVs in every room with great channels. We all had a great time and and were so happy with the location and more than adequate house. The owners had excellent communication . Hope we can return soon

Everything was great. Thankful for the use of the beach towels and chairs, the beautiful views from the porches, the ice machine. It was exactly as we expected and just top notch!

We had an amazing time during our stay at Solar Therapy. We loved the location - away from the busyness of Rosemary and Seacrest Village but only a 5 minute bike ride away. We walked to Charlie’s Donut Truck in Aly’s Beach in the mornings and the Hub is about 2 miles the other way. It’s an easy 5 min walk to the beach, which is in an area without many people at all - wonderful! 

The house is spacious - we had 2 families and never felt cramped. The owner, Terry, was super quick to respond with any questions. It is also extremely well stocked. We couldn’t believe all of the beach equipment - chairs, umbrellas, boogy boards, sand toys, a wagon and even a large cooler . And lots of beach towels! One thing I loved about the house were all of the hooks for hanging towels and swimsuits. A huge plus! The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of them. There is also a water view from the front porches. 

We rented bikes from Big Fish Bike Rentals and they delivered the bikes , which were in great condition. 

We will definitely rent from these owners again, can’t wait to come back!

Great house, very comfortable. It was well stocked, especially with the beach supplies! Just FYI we couldn’t find a ironing board.

We were visiting with a group of family including small children. The place was great, Terry was easy to communicate with, and the house was an easy walk even with children. It was a definite plus we were allowed to use the wagon as that may the walk much easier. We highly recommend this house for future stays and would have no problem coming back again.

Excellent location and really nice views! Spacious house was not very well kept in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. Found roaches (alive walking around and dead under beds), dust and dirt in corners and under beds, sharp crack in base of 3rd floor bathtub, 3rd floor stair hand rail was coming out of the wall, 3rd floor top bunk has a broken top safety guard rail, and I believe all bathroom sinks were missing the drain covers. We loved the location but were just disappointed in the quality and cleanliness of the home, especially for the premium that is being charged for this house compared to others on Cottage Way.

This was our fifth year here. Great house. Great owners. We’ll be back!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Solar Therapy 30A! It is really just as the pictures show, the house is very clean, brightly decorated and well furnished. The beds were all very comfortable and we love that there were three kings as we have three sets of a adults. The amenities provided were amazing! More than enough beach chairs, a wagon, pool toys and floats. Kitchen had everything we could have wanted with the only exception being a crockpot. We used the gril many times. The pool is great! Cute little courtyard and a nice way to change it up when you’ve had a too much saltwater for the day. Owners are very responsive and easy to communicate with. 

While I can’t say a single “con” for this house a few things we we weigh in deciding if we come back next year. The walk to the beach isn’t bad but it’s a haul with several little kids, and you have to go down two flights of wooden stairs once getting to the beach. There isn’t much to do for even activities near by. Rosemary beach (1mile away) is a VERY high end area and all shops close at 6-7 leaving Panama City (25 minute drive) as the closer option. The Hub (5 minutes away maybe) was cool but also very expensive and not much other than food. This is our 7th year coming to the area with my parents my family of four and my brother’s family of four. This was a nice change of pace and absolutely enjoyable just very different than staying in PCB. I don’t believe anyone would ever be disappointed in staying here!!

Our family spend the week to celebrate my Mom's 70th. The house was a perfect location with just a short walk to the beach. Both Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach are only about about a mile down the road. The Hub is closely too and a great place for food, drinks and music (very family friendly). A running/biking path is just across the street. The bedrooms were spacious and great porches with views of the ocean. A great open kitchen and living space. Terry was very accommodating and quick to respond to our inquires. We would definitely stay again next time we visit. Thanks!

We had two families, which included 3 teenagers and a 9&10 year old and it was really a great house for everyone. Short walk to the beach, plenty of room in the house, and we just loved our stay and would love to do it again!

"Our family has been taking trips to the panhandle since about 1985. We have stayed in many of the towns and in houses, condos, and villas. Without a doubt this was one of the best places we have stayed. It is as described and has plenty of room for couples and families travelling together. We did experience the red tide and an emergency evacuation for hurricane Michael only a couple of days into the trip. The Allen's were prompt in reaching out to us and maintaining communication throughout the whole experience. Although we were upset that we didn't get to enjoy the home like we had planned, we will definitely be contacting the Allen's in the future to stay are their gorgeous home. We were able to use the pool which was absolutely lovely. Also, the location is 2nd to none on the panhandle. 

I just want to thank you again for your communication and appreciate the partial refund for the days we were unable to be there. It was able to help us pay for our plan B trip to Chattanooga to continue making memories with our family. 

Thanks again, and we will reach out when we can make another trip!

We stayed at Solar Therapy 30A during our October fall break for the second time. There were four families with a total of six kids varying from ages 2-15, and we had plenty of space and never felt cramped. The bunk room shows beds for three, but we have twice now used a spare mattress found in one of the closets to lay under the loft bunk for the five year old to feel part of the group when she chose to sleep with the big kids. The beach entry is a short 5 minute walk that was handled easily by the five year old. Because Red Tide was in the area during the last part of the trip, we used the pool for the first time. It is a really nice, well-kept pool area that we honestly missed during our first stay. If we have an opportunity to stay here again, I believe we will definitely make more use of the pool and it's close proximity to the house. The house itself was clean, well-stocked, nice linens and towels, and the bathrooms have been well maintained. This is our favorite house that we've stayed in along 30A!

Solar therapy 30A was wonderful! Our two families had more than enough room! I have never stayed in a place more comfortable. The home was well equipped with beach towels and all the beach essentials! I was so happy with the wonderful beds and cotton quilts! We were so pleased with all of the little extras this home had to offer. We will definitely stay again and I have recommended this home to my friends!

It’s always hard to find a beach house, that is large enough for the entire family, close to the beach, and in an area that is gorgeous! This house is one of our favorites!! It was baby and kid friendly, which is always a must for us. The pool and beach are close enough that everyone in the family can do what they want without having to go out of the way.

Beautiful rental. Had everything we needed for our stay. The only disappointment was the pool was down during our week of stay with only a 2 day notice prior to arrival. Bummer for kids.

This was our 4th year in a row to stay at this property. Well kept and the owner is very responsive. Great vacation!

Well furnished and ample space for multiple families. We enjoyed morning coffee on the front deck looking at gulf view. Also enjoyed mid-morning bike rides on walking path along 30a and then spending remainder of day at beach. The beach was a short walk to an uncrowded spot. Lots of nice tommy Bahama backpack chairs for our group of 10 and a Weber gas grill as well.

Our family of 12 fits nicely in this house - 1 set of grandparents,

2 daughters with husbands, and 6 grand kids ages 9-16. There is plenty of room to spread out - the teens tend to hang out on the middle balcony to visit; the younger grands like their 'private' TV room upstairs; the grandparents like the lower balcony off their very comfortable master suite; and adult children enjoy having the den to themselves for games & TV. The kitchen is nicely equipped (we cook all our meals in - getting fresh seafood several times), the beach access is convenient and the beach is never crowded. The owners furnish beach chairs, beach towels, beach wagon, and other things that make us not have to carry so much down ourselves. The bed linens are wonderful. After 4 years of use, the house still looks fresh and clean. We plan to rent it again next year.

The house had everything we needed for our group of 7 adults and 2 children. The walk was not bad to the beach. Five minutes, we were fine with a 3 and 6 year old. There were steps down to the beach but less than some areas along 30a. Beds were very comfortable! Plenty of privacy, with bedrooms being separated on different floors. Loved having the ice maker! Great for filling our beach coolers. Having beach chairs,towels and toys was nice-we didn’t need to bring those. There was also a large beach tent and wagon-we didn’t use but they were in great shape. We biked to Rosemary and Ally’s beach and Sea Grove. Very nice bike ride. Ally’s and Rosemary would probably have been walkable, but it was a little too hot for us to walk there.

The house was everything we had hoped for and more. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are good and the location is awesome! Having the pool is a plus and the two block walk to the gulf is nothing especially with the soft, white sand.

We had a nice stay at Solar Therapy. Convenient, functional, with a nice view of the Gulf.

Everyone was like “WOW” when we arrived. It truly was like our home away from home. Had all the amenities we could possibly want. We are definitely coming back soon with more time! Can’t thank you enough. It was a great time!

4 couples on a weekend getaway! Great house - not to far to the beach. Plenty of room to spread out. As far as we could tell there was everything that you needed in the house. No need to bring beach gear - if you needed it they probably had it (except for umbrellas but we had brought a tent). Would highly recommend.

The kitchen was fully equipped with every thing we needed. The house is close to the beach and located in a not so crowded area of 30A. Solar Therapy has absolutely everything you could possibly want or need for a perfect beach vacation. We had a wonderful time!!

We were very pleased with our stay. Perfect for family or group of friends. Nice, quiet community with great pool and easy access to the beach. We will definitely be back!

This is a well maintained beach house and as you can tell from the website, very comfortable. We come back. 

Every season there is something new. A new under counter ice maker, 20 beach towels and a washer/dryer sized for laundering them come to mind. We found every possible kid-beach toy and wagon so didn't need to purchase them. The kids LOVE that beach toy closet. Ensuite bedrooms, memory foam beds, great linens. 

The VRBO photos are up to date with the look of the house. You can tell the owners have professionals at work to keep things very clean and fresh. Wifi and electronics are GREAT. 

Seacrest Beach views and access are a big draw, but having the pool just down a little shaded boardwalk = ease in taking little ones out / bringing them back for naps. By the way, they have a crib in one of the king bedrooms. 

Just a few minutes from Bud and Alley's in Seaside in one direction and The Pearl's Havana dining is close in the other direction. 

$35 beach umbrella/chair set ups happen, even at last minute. Same company will set up a beach bonfire. 

We missed one year when we waited until President's Day to book - plan ahead. 

This was our third summer to spend a week hanging out at Solar Therapy 30A. It's the perfect size for our extended family - Grandparents and two families with young kids. Each couple can get their own king sized bed, and the kids have the bunk room and the double queen room on the second floor. Can't wait for next year!

Owners provided everything you needed and a little more for a great beach trip. House was well equipped for children. Walk to the beach was not bad (and we had 3 small children and all the supplies that go along with it). Only complaint was that we had to wash several sets of bedding that were not clean. Overall, it was a great house and we would definitely come back!

A very comfortable house for our family - 2 Grandparents, 2 daughters & husbands, 6 grandkids ages 8-15. Convenient to beach - a very uncrowded beach. Nice big swimming pool on our community property. Especially enjoy home because nice beach chairs, very nice beach towels, and a fair amount of beach toys are available for our use. Plus a wagon to help tote them to the beach which is just a short walk away. Linens on bed are especially comfortable. We've just had our third year at this home and it still looks as fresh as it did the first time we used it.

The house was perfect for us. It is also in a great location. It was well stocked... enough towels, kitchen utensils/pots and pans and nice beach chairs and a wagon for getting them to the beach. I would definitely stay there again.

Numerous pluses for this 3 floor house across the street from Seacrest Beach:

• 1. Lots of options for a big family thanks to 5 bedrooms (4 full bathrooms). Comfortable beds too.
• 2. Very nice, large swimming pool for the community of houses (about 20) and it was only 75 yds. away.
• 3. Well equipped kitchen (big ice maker!) and a good Weber outside grill.
• 4. Nice views from main floor and 3rd floor balconies.
• 5. Lots of beach & pool stuff provided.
• 6. Plenty of beach towels. About a 2 block walk (maybe 5 Min.)to the beach.
• 7. High quality washer & dryer.
• 8. Nicely appointed living room and many TVs throughout the house.

This house was great! Lots of room, clean, tons of amenities, especially all of the beach chairs and toys for the kids! Even with the rain we had we were still able to spread out and not get in each other's way! We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Solar Therapy!!

We've been going to solar therapy for 4 years. The whole family loves it kids grandkids and of course grandma and grandpa. The grandkids start a count down after the 1st of the year.

Clean and well kept with owners always very helpful.

Solar Therapy was a very clean and beautifully decorated house. It had a lot of amenities. Very close to the beach and midway between Rosemary Beach and Seaside Beach.

This was by far the best vacation ever! My entire family, 8 adults and 2 small children, enjoyed everything about this home. It was stocked with everything we needed and the layout was perfect. It is very apparent that the Allen's have put alot of thought into making it a home away from home for their guests. The beach access was convenient as well as the swimming pool. We had great weather so were able to enjoy the porches on all three levels. The view from the 3rd floor is incredible! We plan to return to Solar Therapy soon. Beautiful, spacious, clean home. Kitchen is particularly well appointed for those who really like to cook -- this is quite rare for a beach rental. Comfy beds. Easy walk to beach, which was not too crowded even though it was a popular time to be there. Nice views from living room and upper bedroom decks. Would certainly rent again.

This is the second time we have rented this house. The house is not only beautiful but also very clean and provided everything we needed for a stay away from home. The short walk to the beach was nice too. We hope to rent again next year! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Have rented many VRBOs in the past and have always been pleased. But, the amenities of this rental surpassed our expectations. Very well furnished with plenty of room for the 10 of us who started the week and the two additional that finished the week with us. The extras (beach towels, beach equipment, beach toys, linens, etc.) were above and beyond anything we have experienced before. The kitchen was well equipped, including the ice machine that was a very pleasant surprise and a great addition. The location was amazing, just a short walk to the beach to the south and to the pool north. Will consider this location the next time a beach escape is needed.

The house was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of sleeping space for our group. The pool was just across from the house making for a quick dip in the evenings after beach time. The beach access was a breeze for adults but a little tiresome for little ones. There was plenty of beach equipment and towels though we brought our own so we didn't need them. Only drawback was the grill needed some upkeep, there was propane but it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. The owners were very responsive when an issue came up. Overall great experience. Would definitely recommend.

We love this property from children to grandchildren. Clean well maintained with easy access to ocean and pool. Owners care about you're comfort and quick to respond to any questions.

Solar Therapy exceeded our expectations! This was our 3rd trip to 30A and this house was definitely the best we have rented. The house is super nice and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The views from the 2nd and 3rd floor balconies are spectacular. We love this neighborhood. It's always quiet and the pool is never crowded. It's a short walk to the beach which is also not crowded. 

We will continue vacationing on 30A and would definitely rent this house again. Thank you to the owners for making the rental process so easy. They were very responsive to any questions that we had about the house.

This was our second year in a row to stay at Solar Therapy 30A, and once again it exceeded expectations. We had 6 adults and 5 children under 5, and this home met our needs perfectly. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. The uncrowded beach is a short walk away, and the community pool is just a few steps from the house.

The owners provide beach chairs, but to minimize the amount of stuff we needed to haul to the beach each day (5 kids under 5!), we used Dillon's Beach Services to set up chairs and umbrellas. The house-provided wagon and beach toys came in handy.

We love to go to George's for lunch, and the kids enjoyed movie night at The Hub, both of which are close by and out of the hustle and bustle of Seaside.

We had a great time and are looking forward to next year!

We had a family vacation for a cousins wedding in Alys Beach. We loved the place it was very relaxing a a short walk to the beach.
